Suggested Cooking Instructions:
1) Do not thaw from frozen state.
2) Bring water to boil in a steamer.
3) Place the frozen buns /siu mai/lotus leaf buns onto a steaming rack or cabbage / lettuce leaf.
4) Steam for 12-15 minutes.
5) In the case of the steamed buns, remove the craft paper from the bottom before eating. The paper was place on the bottoms before pre-steaming to prevent sticking to the steaming pot.
