CAN I PLACE AN ORDER AS A GIFT FOR SOMEONE ELSE?
Yes. When you checkout, click the box to indicate that your order is a gift, and the delivery note will not show the price of the item/s you have purchased.
Please note that we do not gift wrap items which are ordered as gifts.
WILL YOU HAVE STOCK OF THE ITEMS THAT I HAVE ORDERED?
We do our best to make sure that we have stock on hand of everything offered in our online shop. We update the website daily and monitor stock of products closely. However, despite our best efforts, sometimes we will not be able to deliver certain items you have ordered. When you check out, you will be able to specify whether you'd like to be contacted in these instances, or - in the case of food products - whether you'd like a substitution to be made for a similar product.
CAN I ORDER ONLINE IF I DO NOT LIVE IN CAPE TOWN?
You can place an order from anywhere, but we only deliver to selected areas within Cape Town at this stage.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY PLACED OR NOT?
When your order has been successfully received by our system, you'll see a confirmation page. A confirmation e-mail will also be sent to the e-mail address you specified, giving the details of your order. This confirmation indicates that your order has been received; fulfilment of your order may be impacted by stock availability. If you can’t find this confirmation email, check your spam, or junk mail folders. Contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any queries about your order.
ARE MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS SAFE?
Yes! We use Payfast and Peach Payments for all our secure transaction payments. These companies are used by the BIG 5 banks in South Africa. In addition, credit card details are handled according to international best-practice standards with key data removed and encrypted. We do not record or retain any of the PIN or CVV numbers which are used for authentication of your card.
WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR PRODUCTS?
The shortest route from ground to tummy. We source all our fresh produce from the finest quality available on the Cape Town Fresh Produce Market and other direct farm suppliers. We aim to support local start- ups and community business as much as possible. This reflects in the brands we stock.
CERTIFICATION AND ACCREDITATION
Our facility is certified by the health department of The City of Cape Town. We are also fully Halaal and have certification from the Muslim Judicial Council.
CAN I PAY CASH ON DELIVERY?
No, we are only able to accept payments via our website. This is for the safety of our customers and drivers.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M UNHAPPY?
If upon delivery you are not satisfied with the quality of your order you may notify us at email@example.com, our customer service team will be in touch with you to assist. Alternatively use the WhatsApp numbers 0645151738 or 0845163636
We deliver to the greater CAPE TOWN area. Please note, however, that the list below is not exhaustive: it changes as we grow. If you do not see your area on the list, please contact us.
